For several years I have been supporting organizations and people to iteravely evolve towards self-organization and agility. I use tools and practices from New Work such as Sociocracy 3.0, Holacracy, «Kollegiale Führung» and Beta Kodex.

At Liip, a Holacracy pioneer in Switzerland, I supported the development of the new service branch «Self-Organization and Agility».

As co-founder of TheNextGen Enterprise Summit, I joined Luc Bretones to bring together actors, authors, entrepreneurs, organizational pioneers and policy makers around the topic of management innovation and the NextGen Enterprise. The first virtual edition of the Summit took place at the end of October 2020 with 100 speakers and artists, and over 1000 participants from more than 33 countries.

Since 1999 I have been involved in training, development and organizational development in the airline industry and public transports. For several years I was employed as Head of Training for the ground staff of Swiss International Airlines AG and later in the field of organizational development as Manager Human Resources Development and Training.

I have many years of experience in the areas of organizational development, continuous improvement «Kaizen», innovation processes, team, leadership and personal development, outdoor sales and soft skills training in a multicultural environment. I have also led international projects in the airline industry and projects in change management and continuous improvement.
